  • How can I check the status of my order?
    • Simply loging to your account to see th order status.
  • What do I do if I received a defected item?
    • If an item is defected please contact us. Then we will send you the replacement along with return label. Please send back the defected item using the RL. If the defected item is not sent back, then the customer will be charged for both items.
  • Have I placed an order with you before?
    • If you are not sure if you have placed an order with us before, you can simply contact us  and will be happy to assist you.
  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
    • At the moment, only items shipped to New Jersey are subject to sales tax of 7%.
  • How can I cancel my order?
  • Where can I find the tracking number for my order?
    • Once your order is shipped out, you can find your tracking number by login to your account.
